We’re deep into what we refer to as Meat Bird Season on the farm. We raise 4,000 chickens each year for meat between the months of March to December. We raise Freedom Rangers in our forests and Silvopastures without any coop structures. It takes our chickens 12 weeks to reach the size they need to be for processing.
