A boy from Northamptonshire, who was born so premature he almost died, is now celebrating his 18th birthday. Sam Swan from Wellingborough weighed just one pound, one ounce when he was born at 27 weeks in 1999. Doctors said he only had a 20% chance of survival, but now he's at college and hoping to become a chef. He says he's also looking forward to going down the pub! | ITV Anglia
