Although the 2020 Peace Officer Memorial event has been postponed, the California Highway Patrol would like to take a moment to pay tribute to the loss of two dedicated members of our CHP family. In 2019, Sergeant Steven Licon and Officer Andre Moye Jr. made the ultimate sacrifice while serving their community.
