Shake It Up is the fourth studio album by American new wave band the Cars, released on November 6, 1981, by Elektra Records. It was the last Cars record to be produced by Roy Thomas Baker.

Their 4th studio album from 1981. For me, it's the last of the classic edgy Cars albums before the more commercial stuff took over. 2 times Platinum is a pretty good haul for Shake It Up.
