The Miss Budweiser were 22 hydroplanes sponsored by Budweiser beer that raced in the unlimited class under the U-12 banner. They were owned (some were leased backups) by Bernie Little. Anheuser-Busch sponsorship began in 1963, [1] thanks to the friendship of Little and A-B president August Busch III.

MISS BUDWEISER (Griffon-2) was nothing short of sensational in 1981. Driver Dean Chenoweth won six out of eight races, including the Gold Cup in Seattle and the World Cup in Acapulco, Mexico. With Chenoweth driving, on August 5, 1973, MISS BUDWEISER achieved her greatest fame by defeating arch-rival PAY 'n PAK in Heat 1-C at Seattle to become the first boat to average better than 120 miles per hour in a heat of competition.
