The City of Taunton announced a coordinated outreach effort to all nursing homes and assisted living facilities after the fire at a facility in Fall River.

River Fire Chief Jeffrey Bacon said he plans to release the fire inspection report for Gabriel House Thursday, after paperwork delays.
