The second day of the 2025 NCAA Tournament is almost underway, and the two First Four matchups from Dayton, Ohio, will provide fireworks before Thursday's main event. No. 16 seeds Mount St. Mary's and American face off to start the day,

The final matchup of the First Four belongs to Xavier and Texas, who take the court at 9:10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 19. It’s the second time the two teams have met in the tournament. In 2023, Texas and Xavier met in the Sweet 16, and the Longhorns delivered a 83-71 victory to improve to the Elite Eight.

Now, eight teams will go head-to-head to secure the final vacant spots in the 2025 NCAA Tournament bracket. On Tuesday and Wednesday, March Madness will officially begin with the First Four matchups.
