The Cleveland Cavaliers took Game 3 of their Eastern Conference Semifinal matchup against the Indiana Pacers on the road. A big loss in Game 4, however, brings the series back to Cleveland with the Cavs on the brink of elimination trailing 3-1 in the series.

The Indiana Pacers have been waiting for almost a week to learn their opponent in the Eastern Conference Finals. They took down the Cleveland Cavaliers in just five games in the second round.

Tyrese Haliburton scored 31 points to lead the Indiana Pacers over the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers and back to the Eastern Conference Finals for the second straight season.
