Bobby Whitlock, the musician who co-founded Derek and the Dominos with Eric Clapton​, has died, according to his manager. He was 77.

The musician wrote the songs "Bell Bottom Blues," "Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad?" and "Tell the Truth" on Derek & the Dominoes' only album

With the death of Whitlock, Clapton is the last surviving member of the classic Derek and the Dominos lineup. Radle died in 1980 at age 37, and Gordon died in 2023 at age 77.
