WASHINGTON — After more than two decades broadcasting from the center of Times Square, “Good Morning America” is preparing for a major move. The ABC morning show will soon relocate a few miles south to The Walt Disney Company's new headquarters in Hudson Square next week.

It was an Irish goodbye. ABC News has officially left its old digs on the Upper West Side and Times Square — and marked the occasion with some rowdy celebrations appropriate for the Crossroads of the World.
