Daniel Victor McCarn is still at-large after shooting a Scottsboro police officer during a pursuit on Saturday.

Limestone County Sheriff’s deputies arrested wanted fugitive and convicted sex offender, Jairo Chavez, 38, of New York, following a roadside encounter on Ripley Road in Athens.
