With Matt Eberflus returning to Chicago in 2025, here's how the Bears have fared when facing their past head coaches as either head coaches or coordinators after they departed Chicago.

The Pro Bowl roster is going through some significant changes based on players who are dropping out or will be involved in the upcoming Super Bowl. A big change has now been added in the form of AFC quarterbacks.

The Associated Press Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson, Buffalo’s Josh Allen and Washington’s Jayden Daniels won’t be participating in the Pro Bowl Games this week. The NFL announced final rosters Tuesday that didn’t include any of those quarterbacks.

In addition to Eberflus, the Cowboys hired former San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Nick Sorensen as special teams coordinator, replacing John Fassel, who joined the Tennessee Titans after his contract expired. Sorensen previously worked with Schottenheimer in Seattle and Jacksonville.

Dallas has also hired Nick Sorenson to serve as special teams coordinator under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer.

The plan for coordinator Dennis Allen's Bears defense is being more aggressive, and it starts with bulking up their pass rush.
