The week following the winter storm, the long lines and frustration has continued at the airport. This has led many customers to have to use ride shares such as Uber or Lyft because there are no cars available to rent. “They gave out a lot of cars, and not a lot of them came back,” said rental car customer Norma Chan.

Dajua Blanding, known by her rap name as "Dank Demoss" said a Lyft driver rejected her ride once he saw her size, allegedly telling her his tires wouldn't be able to handle her weight. Blanding is now pursuing a lawsuit for discrimination.
