Two of Gigabyte's PSU models have come under scrutiny for failing stress tests by reviewers, and the replacement process may not be straightforward.

This is a good move by Newegg, after it bundled apparently faulty Gigabyte PSUs with GPUs as part of its Shuffle (raffle) system.

In an alleged mail sent to a customer, Newegg has stated that it has started accepting returns for Gigabyte's GP-P850GM and GP-P750GM PSUs that have been labeled as "explosive" by reviewers.

If you have a GP-P850GM or GP-P750GM PSU, according to the appendix at the bottom of Gigabyte's statement, they're allowing returns and exchanges for serial numbers SN20343G031011 ...

Following reports of major PSU failure last week, Gigabyte has released a statement regarding potentially affected PSU models, GP-P850GM and GP-P750GM.
