The slumping Storm added All-Star Brittney Sykes via trade this week. The process of incorporating the veteran guard into the lineup begins Friday against the Aces.

Though the Seattle Storm acquired Brittney Skykes in a big trade, they could still use some shooting on the team.

Sykes, who made her 1st WNBA All-Star team this season was traded from the Washington Mystics to the Seattle Storm for Alysha Clark and a 2026 1st-round pick. Brittney is averaging 15.4 points, 4.3 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game and joins a Seattle team that is 16-13 and is in 6th place in the WNBA, 3rd in the Western Conference.
