The National Weather Service sees three possible snowy scenarios for Western Pennsylvania this weekend. In a Facebook post Tuesday, the weather service broke down the forecast and outlined some potential outcomes.
After a weekend storm dropped as much as four inches of snow throughout parts of the region, a bitter cold is settling in. And, according to the National Weather Service, the dropping temperatures will bring a cold wind along that will bring chills that could be hitting as low as 10 degrees below zero in the Philadelphia area.
