Dallas police arrested two men and seized 12 vehicles during a crackdown on dangerous and illegal street takeovers.

CBS News Texas Police made 24 arrests and issued 40 citations during a crackdown on street racing in Duncanville this past weekend.

Nearly two weeks after a deadly street racing crash in Dallas, a second person has turned themself in, according to the Dallas Police Department. Sharonda Clark, 47, turned herself in on May 21.
