Invincible creator Robert Kirkman revealed Season 4, Episode 4 will be an entirely original story for the show, featuring a certain Evil Dead star.

The Invincible Season 4 release date is a big talking point in the show’s fandom. Based on the namesake comic book series that creator Robert Kirkman developed with Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley, Invincible tells the story of the eponymous young superhero.

The news follows Invincible ’s strong third season, which debuted in February 2025 and quickly secured an early Season 5 renewal that July at San Diego Comic-Con. It was also revealed that Matthew Rhys will voice an as-yet-undisclosed character in the upcoming season.
