The 2026 Winter Olympics will be held across Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, after the two cities were selected with a joint bid. It will be Italy’s third time hosting the Games – after Cortina in 1956 and Turin in 2006 – but the first time ever it will be across a region.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics will host 116 medal events across 16 sports, starting on February 4 and ending with a closing ceremony on February 22.
