Redistricting commission unanimously approves new Ohio Congressional map
The Ohio Redistricting Commission on Friday unanimously approved a new Congressional map that is more GOP-friendly. Currently, Republicans hold 10 of the 15 Congressional seats. With the new map, Republicans could pick up one or two additional seats.
Franklin County voters will decide on November 4 whether to renew a 10-year property tax levy to support the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The 0.75 mill levy will not increase taxes but will continue funding for animal care, education, and conservation efforts.
