Claire Gillies BT Consumer Claire Gillies will replace Marc Allera who has decided to step down as CEO of its Consumer division on 31 March 2025. Marc Allera was with BT Group for the last nine years.

She is to announce that Claire Gillies, a senior executive at the telecoms operator Bell Canada, is to become chief executive designate of BT Consumer prior to a full handover from Mr Allera in March.

Allera, who has been at BT for 13 years and CEO of the company's Consumer division since 2016, will be replaced by Claire Gillies. – BT Group.
