Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will have a new district attorney next year after Democratic challenger Joe Khan defeated Republican incumbent Jennifer Schorn Tuesday night. With 100% of precincts reporting, Khan was leading with about 54% of the votes to Schorn's roughly 46%, county election results show.

Khan, a former Bucks County solicitor, bested Republican incumbent Jennifer Schorn, who was appointed district attorney in January 2024.

The hotly contested Bucks County races centered around some of the most contentious issues in national politics – Trump, crime and immigration.
