A new update is coming to Splatoon 3, and Nintendo has now laid out everything to expect, including all of the new weapons arriving.

Now, ahead of Version 10.0.0 going live, Nintendo has released the full patch notes. Here they are in full courtesy of the official support page: Made it so that the screen displays in more detail. In Salmon Run, smoothed Salmonid animations even when there’s a large number of Salmonids in the stage.

After months of near radio silence and growing frustration from fans, Splatoon 3 is back in the spotlight. In a surprise announcement paired with a trailer and detailed Squid Research Lab report, Nintendo has unveiled Version 10.

A new Splatoon game is on the way, and just as interesting as the announcement is the way it was made. Nintendo revealed the upcoming Splatoon Raiders on its Nintendo Today app, which is typically used to show concept art and other Nintendo ephemera.

Colorful third-person shooter Splatoon 3 wasn't one of the OG Switch games to receive a Switch 2 update like Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and although players have identified many games running better on the new console without a patch,
