Roswell couple killed in double shooting in Alabama; suspect arrested
A man is facing capital murder charges after a Roswell couple was shot and killed in Alabama on Tuesday evening. Deputies in Etowah County, Alabama were called to a shooting where they found a man and a woman who had been shot. They were identified as Darla McKenzie, 68, and Michael McKenzie, 72.

Police say Christopher Johnson was charged with murder for allegedly shooting and killing 72-year-old Michael McKenzi and his 68-year-old wife, Darla. The Roswell couple were killed while in Alabama visiting their daughter and Johnson, about 25 miles outside of the Georgia border.
