The Diamondbacks ’ series next season in Mexico City was officially announced this week, a two-game set against the San Diego Padres that will take place in April in what will be the second regular-season international foray in club history.

David Stearns and Co. have inquired about Padres flamethrower Mason Miller, according to The Post’s Jon Heyman. The Mets are one of “many teams,” per Heyman, looking at trading for Miller. Heyman added that the Padres love Miller “as much as anyone and would need to be overwhelmed” in a potential deal.
