Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to travel to India by the end of August, as confirmed by India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Doval during a meeting with Russian Security Council chief Sergei Shoigu.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is all set to visit India towards the end of August. The visit was confirmed by NSA Ajit Doval who is on a visit to Russia. The visit comes amidst increasing US pressure on India to stop buying Russian oil if it wants to escape high tariffs on its products in the US market.
