Video shows the child dangling from the chair before dropping into a net that was set up by ski patrol crews. Resort officials said the child was not fully seated when the chair was leaving the loading area. The child landed safely and appeared to be OK.

At 12:12 p.m., the child, along with 3 other people, were loaded onto the Ramshead Express Quad Chair Lift. The resort said the child, who was saved, was not fully seated while leaving the loading area.
