Connecticut troopers investigating a Goshen home in an animal cruelty case found a dead dog, two other malnourished animals and abject filth, a warrant says.

A man was arrested on Friday in Goshen for three counts of animal cruelty, according to state police. In August, state police said that they were made aware of an animal control complaint against 40-year-old Tyler Grimes.
