Despite enduring a tough final round at the Florida Amateur Championship this past weekend, Charlie Woods has been invited to attend the Northeast Amateur later this month

He finished the tournament 18-over par and tied for 66th. The final round closed a difficult weekend for Woods on the East Course. He made the cut at 2-over par and was just six shots back of the leaders entering the third round.

Woods, a junior at Benjamin School and son of legendary golfer Tiger Woods, is playing Florida's 108th Amateur Championship in Palm Beach Gardens.
